I'm new here and I cannot locate the "forums" by title.

All that I can bring up is a long listing of questions that don't appear to pertain to my question - that pertains to DOWNLOADS.

I just uploaded a video called "Car Rage" yesterday.

Today it shows 24 downloads - how do subscribers know that it was available??

Thank you for the reply re downloads.

My question re Forums: Is there a central listing of Fixed Forum Topics (e.g. Downloads, FAQs, etc) , or do users create a new subject which results in many, many topics.

Ah, I see, thanks. The library is organized by collections, and most collections you browse to will have a specific forum associated with them, at the bottom of each main collection page. Then there are a few others linked to other main pages, like the "faqs" one you've found here.

Most people will seek help in the forum for the collection related to their specific problems or questions, or for where their particular item(s) are. The topics are not fixed.

Toward the top of the main archive.org page is a link for "Forums" that shows a list of all available forums here. I think there might be a "general" one among them, although it's not as often used as some more specific ones.

Not sure what you're asking about forums, sorry, but about the downloads: Patrons might be checking the recent additions (click the link for "this just in" on the archive.org front page, for movies). Or they might have an rss feed for the movies collection and see an alert that way. Just 2 examples I can think of off the top of my head.
